Terms of Service

By accessing or using the DailySecret application and services operated by Digital Labs Group FZE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

DailySecret is a mobile platform that connects restaurants with customers to sell surplus food at discounted prices through "SecretBoxes". Our service helps reduce food waste while providing value to both businesses and consumers. For Restaurants: We provide a platform to list and sell surplus food products. For Customers: We provide access to discounted food from participating restaurants.

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

As a restaurant partner, you agree to: • Provide accurate information about your establishment and products • Ensure all food products meet applicable safety and quality standards • Comply with all local food safety regulations and laws • Maintain appropriate business licenses and permits • Fulfill orders in a timely manner as specified in the app • Not discriminate against customers in any manner

• Restaurants set their own prices for SecretBoxes • DailySecret charges a commission of 15% on each sale (0% for the first month) • Payments are processed through our secure payment system • Restaurants receive payments according to the agreed payout schedule • All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

• Customers may cancel orders according to the cancellation policy displayed in the app • Restaurants may cancel orders only in exceptional circumstances • Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy • DailySecret reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion to maintain service quality

All content, features, and functionality of the DailySecret service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Digital Labs Group FZE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

DailySecret acts as an intermediary platform between restaurants and customers. We are not responsible for: • The quality, safety, or legality of food products • The accuracy of restaurant information • Any disputes between restaurants and customers • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
